Polysan offers a range of different products for grouting and mounting of troughs.
For grouting between troughs Polysan Power is recommended, which is a 2-component grout for use in a standard grout gun. One cartridge is sufficient for 4-6 joints, depending on the design of the trough.
Polysan Power Floor is a 3-component epoxy floor adhesive, which is used for gluing troughs directly on slated and casted concrete floors. This mass has a consistency like marzipan when it is ready to use.
Polysan Poly Floor is a 1-component polymodified cement mortar, which is suitable for mounting polymer troughs on concrete floors. The mortar is thixotropic and can be used for assembly after the wet-on-wet principle.
Slat concrete from Polysan is a ready-mixed dry mortar product where only water is added and then it appears as a light-flowing concrete. The slat concrete is used for filling and repairing concrete cracks, where a strong and dense concrete is required. A 25 kg bag of slat concrete from Polysan gives approx. 13 liters.
Polysan Beton Syresikring is a product that is used to strengthen the surface abrasion resistance of the concrete up to 8 times. Typical consumption is 6-9 m2 per liters per layer. (It is recommended to give 3 layers over 2 days).
