Description

What is a water conductor?

Polysan water diverters are designed with the idea of making it easier to clean gutters. Polysan’s water channel is easily and simply cleaned with a broom and is an easy-to-use alternative to a gutter with a grate, where the grate must be removed to clean the channel. With Polysan’s water diverter, water is led via the product’s track to a drain. The water conductor is manufactured with coarse or fine grooves depending on the application. The product width is produced in either 140 mm, for public or private areas, or 300 mm, which is ideal for industrial use. The length of the water conductor is 500 mm. This length ensures driving in the middle of the water conductor when the conductor is used in garages or parking areas. The water conductor is produced with a notch in and out at the ends, making it easy to place several products in line with each other.

What material is the Polysan water pipe made of?

The aqueduct is made of polymer concrete, which is particularly durable and robust compared to traditional concrete. The water conductor has a smooth and dense surface, which gives a nice aesthetic look.

What colors can a water conductor be delivered in?

The water conductor comes in four colors: grey, grey-white, black and sand, which allows you to match with surrounding pavement.

Areas of application

The water diverter can be placed under roof outlets, built into public or private pavements or used in other areas where it is important to divert water. The water channel is optimal for smaller amounts of water, which is why it may be necessary to combine gutters and water channels, especially for larger rainfall amounts that are increasingly seen today.

In agriculture, Polysan water diverters can be used in silage yards and calf pens; places without large amounts of water, but where there is a lot of straw, grass or other animal feed that requires easy cleaning.
Cleaning the water pipe is done quickly by simply sweeping it, whereas cleaning a gutter with a grate requires disassembly, cleaning and reassembly.
Polysan water pipes are produced for use in places where not only easy cleaning is a priority, but also where heavy vehicles with rubber wheels must be able to operate.
The water conductor is recast with concrete and the corresponding drain trays will be ordered for each job, as these can be produced with both one or two ways, like a T or a cross.
